We're committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. To ensure you're completely satisfied, we offer a convenient fitting service. Our own courier will wait outside while you try on your items in Case you are inside Cairo.
If, after trying on your items, you find that they don't fit or are not to your liking, you may return them with the delivery courier and pay only the delivery fees.
In case of orders outside Cairo, you may return them within 3 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
* Unworn and Unwashed: The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
* Original Condition: All original tags and labels must be attached.
* Original Packaging: The items must be returned in their original packaging.

2. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
